Refund policy

You may return your order for any reason and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

(i) You contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to request a return; and

(ii) you return the order in the condition you received it — with can/bottle labels intact and seals unbroken — within 30 days of notifying us.

There is no need to drop your order at our warehouse.

If you wish to return your order but do not meet these criteria, we may, at our discretion, decline your refund request or offer a credit that can only be used for future purchases on our website. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Pacific Distillery. Damaged items If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Sale items Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
